Orient Logic is an authorized Service Provider for HP, APC and SUN Microsystems equipment and provides a wide range of services, including warranty and post-warranty services, as well as extended support for a large assortment of HP, APC and SUN Microsystems products.

Orient Logic Service Department provides:
Warranty services – after-sales service for the equipment purchased from official dealers authorized to sell in Georgia. Technological support – contract-based services providing solution for problems related to hardware and software operability. Consulting – support in solving difficult problems related to hardware and software maintenance, configuration and upgrade. Vendors’ technical specialists can be engaged in consulting if necessary. On-site services – services at the equipment installation site, including equipment troubleshooting and repair. IT-outsourcing – possibility to engage Orient Logic specialists in a support division or any other customers’ technical division for any period of time. Technical training – training of customers’ specialists in using production equipment and IT-solutions.
